12 Bridges in Queens and Brooklyn
Scope of work included inspection and freight study for twelve (12) bridges following the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) requirements. The work required compliance with FRA regulations Plate F, including inspection, concrete cores, steel coupons sampling, steel stress testing, load rating, report, and recommendations.
