The Holland Tunnel comprises of two tubes over 8,000 feet long each connecting New York and New Jersey. The tunnel is heavily travelled with approximately 34 million vehicles cross each year. Various building including four ventilation buildings were constructed to support the operational and maintenance needs of the tunnel. The buildings inspected are located on both sides of Holland Tunnel in New York and New Jersey with ventilation buildings on the top of the tunnel tubes.

Some building inspection required maintenance and protection of traffic arrangements to protect the work area. Plans and elevations were prepared to report the existing conditions and included proposed repairs to address the deficiencies. The final design included plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
