Preventative Maintenance of Masonry Retaining Walls at Various Locations in New York, Kings & Richmond Counties
SEPC performed construction inspection services for preventive maintenance of masonry retaining walls at various locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Staten Island. The scope of work also included tree removal and landscaping. Other work included sidewalk repairs as needed and other miscellaneous work. Maintenance and protection of traffic was employed, where needed, to ensure a safe operation. All locations required removal of Lead Based Paint or Asbestos Abatement before brick veneer treatment.
