NYCDDC Preliminary and Final Design of Complex Pedestrian Ramps, Boroughs of Manhattan and Bronx
Retained by NYCDDC as the Prime consultant, SEPC performed the topographic survey of the pedestrian ramps at various NYC locations in Manhattan and the Bronx to design the new ADA compliant complex pedestrian ramps. The surveys covered forty-two (42) intersections in Manhattan and Bronx following NYCDOT requirements. Field services included the collection of all information necessary and required for the preparation of detailed topographic surveys including invert elevations for sewers and area covered under the scope of work, which covered hundred feet from each corner of intersection (4 corners in a typical intersection).
