Cinder Dome Design at Bronx Whitestone Bridge
The dome structure consisted of reinforced concrete ring wall with timber dome shell. The dome floor was flexible pavement construction. Ancillary structures including perimeter fence and truck ramp were also part of the design. Construction cost: $350,000.00
