Responsible for construction management for this multiple use building which included office space, a garage, automobile workshop, customer service areas, an area for uniformed officers, cafeteria, parking lot for 135 vehicles, security vault, security apparatus for the entire building (especially for money collection/transfer operation), landscaping, fence and miscellaneous work
The work was completed within budget and on schedule. Construction Cost: $15M
