PANYNJ planned to increase the load carrying capacity to meet the current demands for second floor and roof. SEPC performed the complete structural analysis and design for an additional 150 PSF on the second floor and 100 PSF load on the roof. This included complete redesign of framing system including modifications to existing foundation. The following services were performed:
