Long Beach Parking Garage and Pedestrian Overpass
The project comprised of construction management for a two story pre-cast double tee concrete parking garage with a 500 vehicle capacity, adjacent parking lot at grade, and a pedestrian overpass bridge over railroad tracks to connect parking facility with railroad platform. Work also included drainage, sidewalks/curbs and driveways compliant with ADA requirements.
The staff managed the construction ensuring that the contractor performed the work as per design plans and specifications. The work was completed within budget and on schedule. Construction Cost: $12M
